Pamela Johnson, CAP-OM, President
Pam has been in the Administrative Assistant profession for over 27 years, starting as early as High School. She received her AOS Degree from Bryant & Stratton and went to work for Eastman Kodak for 18 years before leaving to join Passero Associates in 2006.
She joined the Flower City Chapter IAAP in October 1994. Over the many years she has held officer positions as Secretary, Vice President and now President of the Chapter for her second term, as well as Co-Chair and Chair of many committees, Arrangements, Programs & Workshops, and APW! She received her CPS certification, has recertified once under CPS, received her CAP and has since recertified her CAP. She has received Members of Excellence certificates in 2008-2009, 2009-2010 and 2010-2011, through IAAP. She is a Notary Public. She was also awarded MOTY (Member of the Year) from the Flower City Chapter in 2009.
Pam is currently an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Passero Associates and Senior Vice President for the Engineering Department. Passero Associates recognizes and supports her involvement in the Flower City Chapter. She has received many Cornerstone Awards and many peer/manager recognition "Thumbs Up" awards.
She currently lives in Hamlin with her two teenagers Kaitlyn (who is attending SUNY Brockport) and Zachary a junior in Hilton High School. Pam is recently engaged to the love of her life Stephen and between the two of them have two Golden Retrievers, one Pit-bull mix and two cats. She loves working outdoors planting in her flower garden. She loves going for walks and reading. In addition, she is an Avon sales representative. So her life is very full!

Kyra Sheehan, Secretary
Kyra S. Sheehan has been with The Pike Company for 13 years as the Executive Assistant to Thomas F. Judson, Jr., Chairman/CEO; Rufus M. Judson, President; and the executive staff. The Pike Company provides commercial building services including construction management, general contracting, design/build, and facility management. Pike was founded in 1873 by John B. Pike, who is her boss’s great grandfather, and has been family owned and operated for five generations. Pike operates from its corporate headquarters in Rochester, New York and has regional offices located in Albany, Syracuse, New York City, and Hartford, CT. I In her position, Kyra also handles company travel, calendars, meetings, company events, supervises the switchboard and mailroom employees and works with their Marketing Department on various projects.
Previous work experience includes 13 years with a Rochester advertising agency working for the executive staff and PR Department and four years with New York State Electric & Gas working as the Assistant to the Manager on a 450 MW coal-fired power plant in Somerset, NY on Lake Ontario.
Kyra joined IAAP in November 2004 and shortly thereafter became Arrangements Chair. In 2005 when an opening became available on the Board, she was asked to step in and continued as Arrangements Chair. Kyra stayed on the Board until 2007 when she became Chapter Secretary. She was on the Board of Directors 2008-2010 and is the current Secretary since 2010. Kyra attended the International Convention in Denver in 2005 and NYSD in 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
Kyra has been married to her wonderful husband Jay for 23 years. They met 25 years ago at age 20 and have been together ever since. Although they never had children, they enjoy spending time with their six nieces and nephews and are close with both their families. They love to travel and have made many trips visiting friends and family across the country and Jay’s extended family in England. Kyra and Jay have lived in their Chili home on 13 acres of land for 21 years.

Donette Loehr, CAP, Treasurer
Donette is currently an Administrator in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester Medical Center where she has been employed since 2006. After relocating to Pennsylvania with her husband in 1996 she served as the Executive Assistant to the President and to the CFO of Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania for 10 years. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania, Donette had been employed at the University of Rochester Medical Center for 15 years.
Donette joined the Elmira-Corning Chapter in 2001. She earned her CPS in 2001 and recertified in 2006 and 2011. While a member of the Elmira-Corning Chapter she served on various committees and as Secretary and Treasurer. Donette also served as Treasurer for the 2010 NYS Division Annual Meeting. She transferred to the Flower City Chapter in 2010. Donette is a 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 Member of Excellence.
She and her husband, Ralph have a son, Adam and daughter-in-law, Amanda. Together with their dog, Heidi, they enjoy camping and the outdoors. Donette also enjoys spending time sewing and reading.
